Cranial Hiccups

Every once in a while and totally unintentionally my brain spews out a good idea.

Manly Aprons?

Anyone know where we can get manly aprons? We need help! Somehow the Flamenco inspired ones we have just don’t cut it for a boy. Even if they are lime green.

If you have time to make it, how about something like this?

Or also – google dish towel aprons. I made one for my niece last Christmas (Really easy!) and bought a “manly” dish towel (brown with moose) to make one for my toddler. They have some nice guy dish towels at Bed, Bath, & Beyond. Just haven’t quite gotten to it yet… 🙂

I actually just saw some by accident at the Etsy shop “Sew in Love.” They had some really cute ones on sale. Go to sewinlove.etsy.com and look under “kid’s aprons”

I was just looking through my Montessori catalog and they have a red and white striped one. Nothing special, but definitely not too girl. 😀

Try home depot’s workshops for kids–the kids get an orange home depot apron (at least they used to).

we own some cutey-cute ones from IKEA. If you aren’t close to one, maybe online. The price is right, and sometimes, you can see the pint-sized testosterone flowing through them!
