Taking the weekend off….maybe more. Our family is being spiritually fed watching General Conference this weekend. Our church, over 13 million members worldwide, gather to hear our Prophet, the Twelve Apostles, and other church leaders speak words of counsel and wisdom. It is broadcast over satellite tv, the internet, and radio. Here’s a sampling of what we heard last General Conference.
Because of the nature of Mr. Ferrero Rocher’s church calling we rarely get to spend Sundays together so we are lapping it up. And to think we’ll be able to do it two Sundays in a row as next Sunday is Easter!
Saturday night, the girls and I made our traditional cinnamon rolls and we also made these twist doughnuts. YUM!

We enjoyed watching Conference too. Due to our callings on Sunday we are always rushing separate directions too. I enjoy getting a “chocolate fix” by visiting your blog. 🙂

I have never commented on your blog, but I do “stalk” it. I LOVE LOVE that you put those two different talks on your blog. I LOVE THEM BOTH! I want that quote from Elder Wirthlin on my wall…how true it is! And everytime I see that from Elder Uchdorf, I want to cry…and it just makes the fact that I want another baby even stronger!
Those are great little videos. I wish I could have the Create one from Pres. Uchtdorf playing in front of me 24-7. I really missed Elder Wirthlin this weekend. Wasn’t his last talk wonderful?
Conference was amazing. I was in tears at the end of one of the sessions!
