Have you ever wondered what it looks like inside an LDS temple? For my readers on the east coast now is your chance! The open house for the Philadelphia Pennsylvania Temple will begin this week on Wednesday, August 10th. This is your opportunity to see what it looks like inside whether you are a member of the LDS church or not. FREE tours are given to the public. It is recommended that you get tickets but no one is turned away if you show up without them. The open house will run every day except for Sundays from August 10, through Friday, September 9, 2016. I really hope you take this chance to see it. You will not be disappointed!

Why DO Mormons build temples? This quick video below is a great explanation.

Im so excited to go…love love love. This temple is a dream come true. Here’s a great story. A family in our ward came here from the UK many years ago. They had to make trips to Philly quite often to become citizens and then for the husband to adopt the wife’s children. Well years later the Philadelphia temple has been built on the same spot as the parking lot for the naturaliztion building where this family went so often…so the place where they were made a family is now the place where forever families are made!
