Every once in a while and totally unintentionally my brain spews out a good idea.

A Worldwide Day of Service

December 1, 2016 by Montserrat {Cranial Hiccups} Leave a Comment

Today is the day! We are starting a month of service, following the example of Jesus Christ to serve as He served. Today’s theme is to lift another’s burden. How can you do that?

  • Give blood
  • Help someone unload their grocery cart
  • Hold a door open
  • Smile
  • Take dinner to an overwhelmed family
  • Donate clothes, especially socks, to a homeless shelter
  • Volunteer at a soup kitchen
  • Call a friend

There are so many ways to serve others! To help you plan other acts of service this month here are several websites with some great ideas.
